A: "We offer full refunds for any of the following: you paid for the service but ended up not using it, we did not blast out the split profile, technical errors caused malfunction on blast, and any other technical issue that is the fault of PC Pros, Inc.
We do not offer refunds for profiles that do not initiate a job order or candidate being placed, since we do not guarantee responses to the splits blasted."
