This service is developed strategically when the pressure is on and you are willing to share your resources with other motivated recruiters.

For a nominal fee, we will send at your request either a Candidate or Job Order to our 2,585 recruiters. Only the information you provide will be included in the SplitIt.com blasts.
You then work with interested recruiters and decide how to place your candidate and/or fill your job order.
IMPORTANT!
SplitIt.com gains no revenues from placements. Our fees are collected from on the front end from the recruiter for distribution of their resource. All placement fees are the responsibility of each recruiter involved. Split fee arrangements must be finalized by the recruiters involved in the transaction.
Receiving End
You are able to join our receiving network for FREE! and each SplitIt.com resume or job order will be made up of a "profile." Each profile distributed will have the recruiter's contact information on it so that you can contact them directly.
