I’ve cancelled or returned the whole of my order. How will I be refunded?

Refund requests are reviewed by the merchant in line with their published returns policy which you can usually find on their website. 

 

Payments on your plan will continue until the retailer tells us otherwise. 

Once the retailer you bought from has approved your cancellation or return, they will process your refund and this will automatically cancel future installment payments and clear your plan in our system. You do not need to take any action steps for this to happen. Once they authorize your request, it flows through automatically to our system. Please check with the retailer directly for the timeline on this process. 

Any remaining refund balance will be credited back to your card, but please know it may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. We’ll email you to let you know when this has been done.
