What happens to my payments if my card is due to expire during my instalment plan?

No problem! You’ll just need to update your card details in the shopper portal as soon as your get your new one.

Just before your card is due to expire, we will email email you to let you know and provide a link to our shopper portal where you can update your card.  

 

You can only update your card 2 times in any 24 hour period. 

Splitit installment plans can only be paid with credit cards ie. Visa, Mastercard, Amex (merchant dependent) and Discover (merchant dependent). We do not accept debit or pre-paid cards.

 

In some cases a debit or pre-paid card can be used to pay off the balance of your plan. To inquire, reach out to [email protected] to discuss with one of our Customer Support Agents.
