What happens to my payments if there’s a problem with an item I purchased?

If you have a query about an order, delivery or refund, please contact the retailer you made your purchase from. 

There is no need to contact us as we are not authorized to make any changes to your plan unless the merchant instructs us to. 

Payments on your plan will continue until the retailer tells us otherwise.
