What happens to my payments if there’s a problem with an item I purchased?

Product delivery, quality and refunds are the responsibility of the merchant or retailer you bought from. If there’s a problem with an item or service you bought, please speak to the merchant  or retailer direct.  

Payments on your plan will continue until the merchant or retailer advises us otherwise. 

Splitit cannot assist you with problems with your purchase.
