How to obtain your Fidelity (CardKnox) credentials

Please view the Gateway instructions below:

Objective:

Technical connection between your Fidelity CardKnox Gateway and the Splitit portal.

Action:

To communicate with the CardKnox API you will need to enter the following credentials into the Splitit portal:

  • API Transaction Key- system-generated Transaction Key.

To retrieve your credentials:

  1. Log in to your CardKnox account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Go to Keys
  4. Click on Create a Key

 

 

  1. Go to Create and View

 

Finalize the process:

Add the credentials into your Merchant Portal under the ‘Credentials’ section.
