  • Debt and Tax reduction services 
  • Discount travel clubs / subscriptions 
  • Energy Generation & distribution 
  • Escort services 
  • Factoring & Purchase order Financing 
  • Farming 
  • Financed payments via credit card 
  • Financial Transaction processing 
  • Firearms – Guns & ammunition sales or manufacturing 
  • Flea markets 
  • Fortune tellers/horoscope/astrologists 
  • Future service liability greater than one year 
  • Gambling / Gaming / Raffles / Lotteries 
  • Government & Non-profits 
  • Investment opportunities and advice 
  • Liquidation companies 
  • Logistics / freight forwarding 
  • Magazine subscriptions 
  • Manufactured / Mobile home dealers 
  • Massage services 
  • Medical marijuana from all types

  • Products or services with unreasonable guarantees or claims

  • Real Estate brokers/agencies/consultants/lessors

  • Securities & commodities dealers/brokers 
  • Social networking sites 
  • Sports & performing arts groups or venues 
  • Sports forecasting 
  • Telecom merchants and transactions (pre-paid cards, rechargeable phone cards,

  • Telemarketing companies with the following operations: free gift/prize with purchase of 
  • product, chain letters, sale of any prohibited product/service, hodgepodge product mix, 
  • solicitation with outbound phone calls via fax blasting, email spamming, etc. 
  • Timeshares/resellers/fractional ownership 
  • Title companies / Escrow agents

  • Weight loss (none face to face)
