Why have I lost the ability to pay in installments when I have kept up to date with my monthly payments?

2 types of transactions will show in your instalment plan.

  • Instalment payments taken on the same date each month. They show as ‘charged’ or ‘posted’ on your account.
  • Authorizations for the full outstanding amount taken every 17-21 days to guarantee future payments. They show as ‘pending’ or ‘reserved’ on your account. If your plan is kept on track, these authorizations are not charged. 

Both of these transactions must remain on track in order for you to continue paying in installments.
