I cancelled or returned my whole order but my Splitit installment plan is still active. What should I do?

Please contact the retailer so that they can check whether they have received your return as they will usually only refund you once they’ve received your returned items. 

There is no need to contact us as we are not authorized to make any changes to your plan unless the merchant instructs us to. 

Payments on your plan will continue until the retailer tells us otherwise.
