I cancelled or returned my whole order but my Splitit installment plan is still active. What should I do?

Please contact the Retailer directly to check on your return or refund status. Once we receive the refund authorization from the Retailer, your plan will automatically be canceled or refunded pending the amount of refund you are owed. 

You do not need to take any further action steps with Splitit. Once the Retailer authorizes your request it flows through automatically to our system. 

We are not authorized to make any changes to your plan unless the Retailer instructs us to. We are happy to look into the status of your plan if you reach out to our Support team, but again, we cannot make any changes without Retailer authorization.

Payments on your plan will continue until the retailer tells us otherwise.
