I want to cancel my installment plan. What should I do?

Please contact the Retailer you made your purchase from as Splitit is not authorized to cancel your plan. Once they’ve completed your request, we will cancel any remaining payments and clear your plan.

After your plan is authorized for a refund/cancellation, any installments you’ve already paid will be refunded back to your card. You will receive a transactional email from Splitit to let you know when this has been done. 

You do not need to take any further action steps for this process to happen. Once the Retailer authorizes your request, it flows through automatically to our system. Please check with the Retailer directly for their timeline on this process.
