I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

To cancel your order you need to contact the merchant or retailer you made your purchase from.

Once the merchant or retailer you bought from advises us that you’ve cancelled your purchase, we’ll cancel any remaining payments and clear your plan.

Any money you’ve already paid on your plan will be refunded back to your chosen card and we’ll email you on behalf of the merchant or retailer to let you know once this has been done.
