I’ve cancelled or returned part of my order. How will I be refunded?

Once the retailer you bought from confirms to us that you’ve returned part of your purchase, we’ll deduct this amount from your outstanding balance and adjust your payments.

If the value of your returned items is more than your remaining payments, the difference will be credited back to the credit card you used to pay.

We’ll email you to let you know when this has been done.
