Refund queries are approved and handled by the retailer you bought from and Splitit has no authority to approve a refund on their behalf.
If there’s a problem with an item or service you bought and the retailer is refusing to refund you, please speak to your credit card provider and see if they can help.
Payments on your plan will continue until the retailer tells us otherwise.
