What happens to my payments if I return part of my purchase for a refund?

Once the retailer you bought from confirms to us that you’ve returned part of your purchase, we’ll deduct this amount from your outstanding balance and adjust your payments.

If the value of your returned items is more than your remaining payments, the difference will be credited back to the credit card you used to pay. We’ll email you to let you know when this has been done.

You do not need to take any further action steps for this to happen. Once they authorize your request, it flows through automatically to our system. Please check with the retailer directly for their timeline on this process.
