What happens to my payments if I return the whole of my order for a refund?

Once the retailer you bought from has approved your cancellation or return, they will process your refund, cancel future installment payments and clear your plan. Any remaining refund balance will be credited back to your chosen  card and may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. We’ll email you to let you know when this has been done.

You do not need to take any further action steps for this to happen. Once they authorize your request, it flows through automatically to our system. Please check with the retailer directly for their timeline on this process.

Refund requests are reviewed by the merchant in line with their published returns policy which you can usually find on their website. 

 

Payments on your plan will continue until the retailer tells us otherwise.
