What happens to my payments if I return the whole of my order for a refund?

Once the merchant or retailer you made your purchase from advises us that you’ve returned the whole of your purchase, we’ll cancel any remaining instalment payments and your plan will be cleared.

We’ll also refund any money you’ve already paid back to your chosen card. 

We’ll email you on behalf or the merchant or retailer to let you know once this has been done.
