Why have I been asked to update my card details by 10th November?

This is because your retailer’s payment processor can no longer process Splitit instalment payments.

In order for you to keep paying in instalments, you need to update your card by 10th November. You can use the same card or a different one as long as it is a credit card. As with all Splitit plans, we will temporarily authorize your card for the full outstanding amount in order to guarantee payments. 

If you do not update your card by 10th November, as instalments cannot be taken after that date, you will be charged in full, your plan will be cleared early and there will be nothing left to pay.

Please login to the Splitit shopper portal and click on ‘Update Card’ to update your card.
