Who do I contact about my Splitit payments?

Our Support team is available 7 days a week by email, web form, and chat.

The quickest way to get answers to your questions is by clicking on the ‘Help’ button in our help center or on the shopper portal (in the bottom right corner of the page).  

 It looks like this:

 

Just select from the menu or type in a question. Most questions can be solved within our Chat program, but if it can’t resolve your query, you’ll be given the option to speak to us. Alternatively, type in ‘agent’ to be transferred to one of our team members.

You can check the details of your plan, update your credit card (if needed), make additional payments, and whether a re-authorization is due (when and for how much), in the Splitit shopper portal. 

If you have a query about an order, delivery or refund, please contact the Retailer you made your purchase from.
