Marketing Manager, North America


Marketing – NYC, New York

Looking for a key marketing role in an exploding FinTech company? We’re on a mission to provide value to consumers through installment payments, leveraging existing credit without adding any debt back into society. We seek an agile, creative, and technical marketer for our Marketing Manager role in North America. You’ll be critical in leading & executing event marketing in collaboration with the sales team, as well as developing co-marketing plans with merchant partners. Are you exceptionally data driven? Have a curious mind with a high level of organization? Like to develop best practices organization-wide? Know how to write a job invitation without asking this many questions?? Then you could be the perfect person for the job!


What You’ll Do:

  • Work with Marketing leadership & team to execute marketing programs that deliver business growth
  • Build & maintain highly collaborative relationships with Sales & Customer success teams
  • Own & execute the annual event marketing plan in conjunction with Sales
  • Work with Customer Success and Splitit merchant partners to develop co-marketing campaigns that drive merchant volume growth
  • Deliver post campaign/event analysis & recommendations for marketing & co-marketing initiatives
  • Support Sales teams in strategic deals and pitches to prospect merchant and partners
  • Work directly with and manage creative and media agencies on specific executions


Who You Are:

  • 2+ years Marketing Management experience including ecommerce/online payment industries
  • Growth marketing mindset with experience in B2B event marketing and co-marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly collaborative and operate seamlessly with Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Sense of urgency and ownership with a ‘can-do’ attitude and high determination to break down barriers and deliver results
  • Ability to to balance multiple priorities with exceptional communication skills
  • Refined attention to detail, impressive organizational skills, and an eye for consistency
  • Experience in bringing calm to chaos
