I need to speak to you, how can I do this?

Our Support team is available 7 days a week by email, web form, and chat.

The quickest way to get answers to your questions is by clicking on the ‘Help’ button in our help center or on the shopper portal (in the bottom right corner of the page).  

 It looks like this:

 

Just select from the menu or type in a question. Most questions can be solved within our Chat program, but if it can’t resolve your query, you’ll be given the option to speak to us. Alternatively, type in ‘agent’ to be transferred to one of our team members.

If you need to connect with us by phone, we are happy to schedule a time to call you. We do not have a phone number for you to call us.
