What do I do if a transaction is due on my Splitit installment plan, but I’ve not yet received my order?

If a transaction is due on your installment plan but you have not yet received your order, please contact the retailer you made your purchase from. Any issues with your order must be handled by them. 

Transactions on your instalment plan will continue as scheduled until the retailer advises us otherwise.
