Traditionally, loupes are sold in person by a sales specialist who travels to the customer to take their measurements. This in-person model makes loupes businesses difficult to scale, especially internationally, without distributors or subsidiaries.

It’s incredibly important for Bryant Dental to scale at speed, so this slow and clunky process did not align with their ambitious growth plans.

They launched a revolutionary online measurement system which uses AI to map the user’s face and extract several highly accurate measurements in seconds – allowing us to manufacture highly custom loupes for customers anywhere in the world.

As part of this new buying process, they looked for alternative payment options, including finance and installments, which were very popular with their existing customer base.
